About

About Me

I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with more than 15 years of experience in therapy, education, research, and mentoring. My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we’ll explore not just your thoughts, but your emotional and nervous system experiences—helping you recognize patterns in real time, improve emotional regulation, and build healthier relationships with yourself and others. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic and attachment-based work. I often work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity development, and healing from relational or developmental trauma. At the core of my work is creating a supportive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment, practice new ways of relating, and move toward a more grounded, authentic version of yourself.
